Penalties holds the new PentiP offence codes, costs and wording for hundreds of offences which can be dealt with by the issue of Penalty Notices for Disorder (PND) and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN & FPN-E).

Offences are grouped by PND and FPN (which includes endorsable offences). All data is searchable allowing you quickly search by offence wording, ticket code or (where applicable) legislative reference.
